TSN. Marcus Williams Jersey .ca presents its latest weekly power rankings for the 2013-14 Barclays Premier League season. Rankings were weighted evenly between separate lists made by TSN Radio host and soccer analyst Gareth Wheeler as well as TSN.cas soccer editors. 1. Manchester City (Last Week-1) Two huge victories have Manchester City one point away from clinching their second Premier League title in three years.  A 3-2 road victory over Everton and a 4-0 home win against Aston Villa means that City needs only a draw from their final game to celebrate the championship. 2. Liverpool (LW-2) After building a three point lead, Liverpool conceded all three goals and were forced to settle for a 3-3 draw.  Liverpool will now need Manchester City to lose to West Ham to have a chance at claiming the Championship. 3. Chelsea (LW-3) The three horse title race was reduced to two as the single point Chelsea earned from a 0-0 home draw against Norwich was not enough to keep them in the title picture.  They did secure a third place finish and direct entry into the group stage of the Champions League. 4.Arsenal  (LW-4) The fourth English team headed for the Champions League is Arsenal who earned a 1-0 victory over West Bromwich Albion. 5. Everton (LW-5) Ross Barkley and Romelu Lukaku  both found the net for Everton, but their faint hope of qualifying for the Champions League was dashed after a 3-2 loss at the hands of Manchester City. 6. Tottenham (LW-6) Tottenham will need one point from their final game to guarantee themselves a place in Europa League next season after they were beaten 2-0 by West Ham United. 7. Manchester United (LW-7) Three points from two games for Manchester United as they defeated Hull City midweek after dropping a 1-0 game to Sunderland.  United still has an outside shot at qualifying for Europa League. 8. Southampton (LW-8) Rickie Lambert scored in the 93rd minute to give Southampton a 1-0 victory over Swansea City.  9. Stoke City (LW-9) Peter Odemwingie, Marko Arnautovic, Oussama Assaidi and Jonathan Walters all found the net as Stoke City demolished Fulham 4-1. 10. Crystal Palace (LW-10) Crystal Palace threw a major wrench into the Premier League title picture when Damien Delaney and Dwight Gayle twice, found the net in a nine minute span to snatch a 3-3 draw with Liverpool. 11. Swansea City (LW-11) Swansea City lost 1-0 to Southampton after conceding the winning marker in injury time. 12. Newcastle United (LW-13) Shola Ameobi, Loïc Remy and Steven Taylor all scored for Newcastle as they broke a six game losing streak with a 3-0 victory over Cardiff City. 13. West Ham United (LW-15) Attempting to finish the season strong, West Ham earned a 2-0 victory over Tottenham in their home finale. 14. Sunderland (LW-16) Sunderland became just the second team in the history of the Premier League to be bottom of the table at Christmas and survive relegation as they picked up six points and safety with wins over Manchester United and West Brom. 15. Hull City (LW-12) A pair of 3-1 defeats for Hull City as they were defeated by Aston Villa on the weekend and Manchester United during the week. 16. Aston Villa (LW-17) Aston Villa had an up and down week as they defeated Hull City and held Manchester City scoreless for the first half of their midweek fixture.  They conceded four times in the second half to drop that second game at Etihad Stadium. 17. West Bromwich Albion (LW-14) Barring disaster West Brom will survive relegation, despite picking up nothing from losses to Arsenal and Sunderland.  The Baggies enter the weekend with a three point, +17 goal differential advantage over Norwich City in the battle to avoid the final drop position. 18. Norwich City (LW-20) It will take a major miracle to keep Norwich in the Premier League after a 0-0 draw against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.  They will need a West Brom loss and to overturn a 17 point goal differential to have a chance at survival. 19. Fulham (LW-18) Kieran Richardsons 80th consolation marker was not nearly enough as Fulham were relegated from the Premier League following a 4-1 defeat at the hands of Stoke City. 20. Cardiff City (LW-19) Straight back down to the Championship for Cardiff City as they were relegated from the Premier League with a 3-0 loss to Newcastle. Marcus Williams Womens Jersey . “The shootout, theres nothing wrong with it, I think its an exciting part of the game but its just one small aspect,” said Chicago Blackhawks GM Stan Bowman. “Its a skill exhibition. If you can get it back closer to regular hockey and have it decided that way; that would be my preference.” “I dont think its a knock on the shootout, I think more of the managers would like to see it end in overtime,” added Washington Capitals GM George McPhee. Alvin Kamara Womens Jersey .com) - John Wall had 15 points, 12 assists and four steals as the Washington Wizards defeated the New Orleans Pelicans 92-85 on Monday night. ALAMEDA, Calif. -- Matt McGloin has made a career out of exceeding other peoples expectations. The player who had no scholarship offers coming out of high school walked on at Penn State and became the schools career leader in touchdown passes. The player who sent a letter and video to NFL teams pleading for a chance after getting passed over for the combine went undrafted before finally getting a chance as a camp arm with the Oakland Raiders. The player who entered training camp as a fourth-stringer managed to beat out fourth-round pick Tyler Wilson for a roster spot and moved up to second string when Matt Flynn was released last month. As surprising as all of those accomplishments may have been, it was his performance in his first NFL start last week in Houston that really opened up eyes. McGloin became the fourth quarterback since the 1970 NFL merger to throw three touchdown passes and no interceptions in his first career start in place of the injured Terrelle Pryor to earn himself a longer-term look as the starter in Oakland. "I never took a backseat to anybody," McGloin said. "I didnt put myself in a position that Im buried behind all these guys. I really dont look at who is ahead of me on the depth chart or whos behind me on the depth chart. Each day is a better way to get better, improve as a leader, improve as a person." McGloin will make his second start on Sunday against Tennessee (4-6) as Pryor still is dealing with a right knee injury and the Raiders (4-6) want to see if he can repeat that performance. "This is a production business," coach Dennis Allen said. "If you go out and you perform and you make plays, you get opportunities to continue to go out and perform and make plays. Matt did that last week. Hes going to get another opportunity this week. Well see how it goes." McGloins ascension from undrafted quarterback to starter is not unique as players such as Kurt Warner, Tony Romo and Jeff Garcia also took that route. But those players came from much lower-profile colleges than Penn State, where scouts had ample opportunity to watch McGloin play against NFL-caliber opposition, and took longer to reach their NFL success. They all spent time either in the Arena Football League, NFL Europe, Canada or an NFL bench before getting a chance to start in the NFL. "I think some guys werent born or blessed with great athleticism, size or speed or strength, all those things you can measure," Allen said. "You cant measure whats in their head or their heart. This guy has overcome a lot of challenges." It started when he got no scholarship offers coming out of high sschool in Scranton, Pa. Adrian Peterson Womens Jersey. ., and decided to walk on at Penn State. One reason McGloin didnt get a scholarship was because Penn State was waiting to see if Pryor would come to State College. But even being at the same school as the top quarterback recruit in the country couldnt scare the confident McGloin. "I remember asking him, What happens if Terrelle goes to Penn State," McGloins father, Paul, said. "He said, Dad, I dont care. Ill go there and beat whoever is there." Pryor went to Ohio State and McGloin spent much of his time in college fighting off more heralded recruits like Rob Bolden, Paul Jones and Kevin Newsome before earning his chance. He became the starter midway through his sophomore season in 2010 before throwing five interceptions in a loss to Florida at the Outback Bowl. McGloin began the 2011 season as the backup to Bolden before becoming the starter just weeks before the Jerry Sandusky scandal went public at Penn State, throwing the program in disarray. That eventually led to the firing of longtime coach Joe Paterno and crippling sanctions but McGloin decided to stick it out for his senior season under new coach Bill OBrien, who had previously been offensive co-ordinator for Tom Brady in New England. "Not too many kids go through something like that," he said. "Ive seen it all. Ive overcome many different types of adversity. In a way it has helped me at this level." McGloin had his best year under OBrien, throwing for 3,266 yards and 24 touchdowns with only five interceptions in leading the Nittany Lions to an 8-4 record. "Hes a smart guy," OBrien said. "Smart guys that work hard, that have some talent, they really thrive in that league. They really do. I think hell thrive in that league." But few NFL teams believed the same thing as McGloin was not invited to the scouting combine, leading him to send out a video to all 32 NFL teams which began with him saying, "My entire life has been defined by the words Youll never make it. So hard work is not new to me." McGloin cited his upbringing in Scranton and experience at Penn State as reasons why he should get a chance in the NFL. That came to fruition in May when he worked out for the Raiders and earned a contract. "It shows the type of person he is, the character and determination that hes not going to let someone tell him what he cant do," said Titans coach Mike Munchak, a Scranton and Penn State product who has followed McGloins career. "Im sure when he went to Penn State a lot of people said he should have done something else. Obviously, he worked his way through it." Cheap NFL Jerseys Cheap NFL Jerseys China Cheap Jerseys From China Cheap NFL Jerseys Authentic Wholesale Jerseys China Cheap NFL Jerseys China NFL Cheap Jerseys Cheap NFL Jerseys ' ' '
